They are Our Heroes

Student is someone who learns in school to seek knowledge. A teacher is someone who teaches students at the school. That is in short and simple terms the definition of students and teachers. Then,  what do you think if the two terms are linked to each other?
Teachers are those who are more experienced in the world of education and they  will give knowledge to the students. Teachers and students need each other. They seem to form a mutualism symbiosis. Teachers require students because students are one forum for teachers to give or provide a valuable experience. For students, a teacher is a mentor who is guiding and driving them to achieve and realize what are aspired.
In guiding students, teachers assess students both from academic behavioral values. It is intended that students can see their development. Conversely, can students evaluate their teachers? Perhaps. However, the assessment must be done with accountability. It is because many students talk about their teachers behind their teachers’ backs. They do not want to say it directly to the teachers.  That's what makes other students do the same thing. Isn’t this shameful act for a student? Supposedly words coming from a student to their teachers are "Thank you". The sentence is very short, but it's hard to say.
There is not problem for evaluating someone. It should be accompanied by responsibility for what we say. Also, there should not be anybody’s feeling being hurt when we evaluate someone, especially our teacher. Remember, hurting our teachers feeling means we don’t appreciate our teachers. Below, there is a simple poem that is dedicated to our heroes (our teachers):
Still remembered in my mind
When you open it with regards
Guide us in every step
Guide us in every word
Encourage us with all the force
I can feel
Patience you give
You show sincerity
Sincerity that you touch me with
The sacrifice that you do
When you close it with regards
I would like to convey
Thank you my teacher
Thank you my hero
Experience you give
Be stored neatly
In my every step
In my memory
          In my heart
